BYD is set to launch the third-generation Qin Plus sedan on October 27, 2026, featuring a redesigned exterior and interior, with a length of 4,840 mm and roof-mounted LiDAR. This update comes in response to a 54.71% year-on-year decline in sales for the Qin series during the first nine months of 2026. The new model will offer user-requested enhancements such as increased storage space and upgraded seats, available in both battery electric and plug-in hybrid variants.
