Sumitomo Corporation Reports H1 Profit Growth and Raises FY2026 Guidance

Sumitomo Corporation reported first-half profit of ¥347.9 billion and underlying profit of ¥334.0 billion. The company raised its fiscal 2026 full-year profit forecast to ¥670.0 billion, including a ¥30.0 billion loss buffer, and increased its annual dividend forecast to ¥44 per share.
