Adicet Bio Announces Safety And Efficacy Data From Phase 1 Study Evaluating Prulacabtagene Leucel In Patients With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus With Or Without Lupus Nephritis; Prula-Cel Generally Well Tolerated With No CRS Greater Than Grade 2 And No IEC-HS Or ICANS

Adicet Bio reported that in a Phase 1 study of Prulacabtagene Leucel for systemic lupus erythematosus, 54% of evaluable patients achieved DORIS remission and 50% achieved complete response rates at 12 months. The treatment was generally well tolerated, with no cases of cytokine release syndrome greater than Grade 2. The company plans to initiate pivotal trial activities for lupus nephritis in Q4 2026, potentially expanding the study to include lupus without nephritis due to the high remission rates observed.
