ADM Energy PLC Announces Adjournment of Winding-Up Petition Hearing

ADM Energy PLC said the second hearing of HMRC’s winding-up petition was adjourned for 77 days, with the case relisted for January 13, 2027, at London’s Rolls Building. No winding-up order was made at the October 28 hearing. The company’s ordinary shares remain suspended from AIM pending publication of its 2025 annual report and 2026 half-year report; ADM said it will provide updates on material developments.
