ADT Inc. Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

ADT reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.35 billion, up 3.9% year over year and above the $1.32 billion consensus estimate. Adjusted EPS was $0.24, slightly ahead of the $0.23 estimate, while adjusted EBITDA totaled $665 million. The company said it had returned $748 million to shareholders year to date through dividends and share repurchases and remains focused on residential and small-business security and smart home solutions.
