Antelope Enterprise has filed a prospectus for the sale of up to $100 million in Class A ordinary shares through D. Boral Capital LLC, which will act as the sales agent or principal. This initiative is part of an At Market Issuance Sales Agreement established on October 1, 2026. The offering will occur over time as specified in the prospectus.
