Agnico Eagle Mines Limited has invested $1 million in W2 Critical Minerals Corp. by acquiring 4,000,000 subscription receipts at $0.25 each during a private placement offering. This investment is linked to the planned spin-out of W2 from White Gold Corp. Furthermore, Agnico Eagle and W2 have established an investor rights agreement that will take effect upon the completion of the spin-out.
