Agenus Reports Positive Phase 2 Results for BOT+BAL in NEOASIS Study at ESMO 2026

Agenus reported early Phase 2 results from the NEOASIS study showing that 72% of patients with locally advanced dMMR colon cancer had no remaining cancer at surgery after a six-week regimen of botensilimab and balstilimab. The investigator-initiated study was sponsored by the Netherlands Cancer Institute. Agenus is expanding the study to a dMMR rectal cancer organ-preservation cohort and continuing to investigate the treatment in MSS colon cancer.
