Notably, nearly one-third of the estimated 6.5 million children with current ADHD receive no specific treatment, as many families actively seek alternatives to traditional stimulant medications. Integrating AI Analytics And Non-Drug Therapy Firefly’s Evoke platform combines quantitative electroencephalography and event-related potential testing with AI analytics, leveraging a proprietary database exceeding 200,000 brain scans to deliver objective data on individual brain function. In March 2026, Firefly identified EEG/ERP biomarkers using Evoke data that may help differentiate among the three ADHD presentations: predominantly inattentive, predominantly hyperactive-impulsive, and combined, assisting clinicians in matching appropriate treatments and tracking progress over time. NeuroSigma’s prescription-only Monarch eTNS System is a palm-sized bioelectronic medical device that delivers mild external trigeminal nerve stimulation via a small forehead patch while a child sleeps.
