Aker ASA Reports Q3 2026 Financial Results

Aker ASA reported a 42% increase in profit in Q3 2026, with dividend income offsetting financial losses. Net asset value reached a record NOK 111.2 billion, up 5% from the previous quarter, led by energy holdings and supplemented by investments in AI infrastructure and real estate. Year-to-date total shareholder return, including dividends, was 83%. The company said the expected sale of Cognite should strengthen liquidity in the fourth quarter.
