Allegiant Travel Company Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Allegiant Travel Company reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $961.6 million, above the FactSet estimate of $946.4 million, and an adjusted loss of $0.03 per share, narrower than the expected $0.44 loss. The company said it achieved operating profitability and expanded its adjusted operating margin by 340 basis points year over year on a pro forma basis despite fuel costs per gallon rising more than 55%. For the fourth quarter, Allegiant expects adjusted EPS of $1.00 to $1.50.
