Allison Transmission Holdings reported third-quarter 2026 net sales of $1.534 billion, up 121% year over year, including sales from the Allison Off-Highway business acquired earlier in the year. Adjusted diluted EPS rose 59% to $2.90, and adjusted EBITDA was $400 million. Core Allison Transmission business-unit sales reached a quarterly record of $881 million, up 27%. Management raised its full-year 2026 revenue, earnings, and cash-flow guidance for the second consecutive quarter.
