SOAR AI, Inc. Announces Contracted GPU Deployments Featuring AMD Instinct™ Accelerators

SOAR AI, Inc. has secured a master services agreement and two four-year, take-or-pay orders with a major AI customer, totaling $1.17 billion in contract value. The deployment will utilize 4,096 AMD Instinct™ MI355X GPUs, with a revenue backstop of approximately $215 million over three years. The initial GPU deployment is set for service by December 31, 2026, and a second deployment of 4,032 AMD Instinct MI455X GPUs is planned for 2027, with potential expansion to 16,192 GPUs.
