Amigo Resources PLC Granted Mining Rights for Kamiesberg Project

Amigo Resources PLC secured a 20-year mining right, effective 30 September 2026, for the Sabies and Langkuil properties in South Africa. The grant places all four properties in the Kamiesberg Mineral Sands Project—covering about 26,709 hectares and containing monazite, rare earth elements and heavy mineral sands—under mining rights, reducing a permitting risk ahead of the proposed acquisition targeted for completion by 31 January 2027. Nicholas Beal stepped down as a director and will remain with the company as Company Secretary.
