Amper Completes Acquisition of Teltronic and Issues Shares to Nazca

Amper completed its acquisition of Spanish critical-communications company Teltronic in a transaction valued at up to €225 million, following an agreement signed on June 15, 2026. As part of the deal, Amper issued 7,652,177 new ordinary shares to funds managed by Nazca Capital, giving them approximately 7.75% of its share capital. Amper plans to integrate Teltronic to strengthen its position in defense and security and expand its secure communications capabilities.
