Anthropic has launched Claude Opus 5.5, which is now available on major platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. The new model performs comparably to Claude Fable 5.1 while being approximately 40% cheaper to operate than its predecessor, Opus 5. The company also plans to introduce Claude Sonnet 5.5 and Haiku 5.5 in the upcoming weeks.
