Amtech Systems’ Planatome Announces Commercial Agreement With Undisclosed US Supplier Of Robotic-Assisted And Minimally Invasive Surgical Tools

Amtech Systems' subsidiary, Planatome LLC, has entered into a commercial agreement with an undisclosed U.S. supplier of robotic-assisted and minimally invasive surgical tools. The initial phase involves Planatome nano-polishing the supplier's devices at its Phoenix facility, while the second phase aims for full integration of the technology into the supplier's manufacturing line by 2027.
