Archimedes Tech SPAC Partners II's merger partner, Forge Nano, has signed a joint development agreement with Nanexa to create scalable pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities for Nanexa's PharmaShell drug delivery platform. The collaboration aims to develop GMP-compliant ALD manufacturing equipment to support clinical and potential commercial-scale production of PharmaShell-enabled therapeutic programs. This partnership leverages Nanexa's drug delivery expertise and Forge Nano's ALD process development capabilities, with the goal of enhancing manufacturing capacity for Nanexa's product portfolio, including its collaboration with Moderna.
