Aurelion Inc. Secures US$2 Million Equity Investment from Antalpha

Aurelion Inc. (NASDAQ: AURE) has secured approximately US$2 million in equity investment from its controlling shareholder, Antalpha Platform Holding Company (NASDAQ: ANTA). Antalpha's subsidiary will purchase 952,381 newly issued Class B ordinary shares at US$2.10 each, increasing Antalpha's ownership stake in Aurelion to about 33.4% of issued shares and 78.8% of voting rights. The transaction is expected to close by December 21, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
