AeroVironment's Subsidiary Tapped By U.S. Navy For Prototype Other Transaction Agreement

AeroVironment, Inc. announced that its subsidiary VideoRay is part of an AEVEX-led team selected for a prototype Other Transaction Agreement by the U.S. Navy and the Department of War Innovation Unit. This agreement follows the Mine Countermeasure Modernization Prize Challenge, where BlackSea Technologies, now part of AEVEX Maritime Systems, was awarded a challenge prize after successful demonstrations with the Navy.
