Axsome Therapeutics reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $259.7 million, up 52% year over year and above the FactSet consensus estimate of $249.2 million. Its loss was $0.25 per share, narrower than the expected loss of $0.63. Management said the company has exceeded a $1 billion annual revenue run rate and expects continued momentum from demand for its central nervous system therapies.
