Anima, a subsidiary of Banco BPM, is collaborating with Castello SGR and Missoni on a luxury real estate and lifestyle project in Poltu Quatu, aiming to merge fashion, design, and hospitality. As a shareholder in Castello SGR, Anima's involvement is part of a strategy to enhance the area with new residential and hospitality offerings, with the project expected to be completed by May 2027.
