Bayer Receives First-Line Approval for Sevabertinib in China

China’s National Medical Products Administration approved Bayer’s Sevabertinib as a first-line treatment for advanced HER2-mutated non-small cell lung cancer. The drug was previously approved in China only for patients who had received prior systemic therapy. The approval expands its use in China, following first-line approvals in Japan and the United States earlier this year.
