Bath & Body Works Debuts First 'Feel Good' Concept Store

Bath & Body Works has opened its first 'Feel Good' concept store at SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, North Carolina, aimed at enhancing fragrance discovery and product clarity. This initiative is part of the company's 'Consumer First Formula' to better align with consumer feedback. Following this launch, additional stores are planned for Columbus, Ohio, and Miami, Florida, later this fall.
