Shenyang Yuanda Compressor Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Burckhardt Compression, has secured multiple contracts for diaphragm compressor units aimed at hydrogen applications in the semiconductor sector. These units will be used in semiconductor manufacturing facilities in Taiwan and Korea, enhancing hydrogen pressure for ultra-high-purity hydrogen delivery. The demand for high-purity process gas technologies is rising due to the expansion of global semiconductor production capacity, driven by AI and digital infrastructure needs.
