Belden Reports Third-Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Provides Q4 Outlook

Belden reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $965.95 million, up from $698.2 million a year earlier, but posted a net loss of $11.4 million, or $0.29 per share, versus net income of $56.69 million, or $1.41 per share. The company attributed the results to the addition of Ruckus and related purchase-accounting estimates. For Q4 2026, Belden forecasts revenue of $960 million to $980 million, EPS of $0.24 to $0.39, and adjusted EPS of $2.20 to $2.35.
