Biohaven Licenses MoDE IgG Degraders To Ono For Japan, South Korea, Taiwan And ASEAN For Up To $100M Near-Term Payments Including $80M Upfront; BHV-1300 In Phase 3 For Graves' Disease

Biohaven has licensed its MoDE pan IgG degraders, including BHV-1300, to Ono for exclusive development and commercialization in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and ASEAN countries. The agreement includes up to $100 million in near-term payments, with $80 million upfront and an additional $20 million contingent on a milestone achievement. BHV-1300 is currently in Phase 3 development for Graves' disease, showing promising results in earlier studies. Biohaven retains rights outside the licensed territories, including in the US, Europe, and China.
