BioNTech and Gilead Sciences Announce Clinical Trial Collaboration for Pumitamig

BioNTech and Gilead Sciences have entered into a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement to evaluate the investigational drug pumitamig alongside the antibody-drug conjugate sacituzumab govitecan (Trodelvy). This collaboration will be part of the global Phase 3 ROSETTA Breast-01 trial targeting patients with locally advanced or metastatic PD-L1 low or negative triple-negative breast cancer. Pumitamig is being developed by BioNTech in partnership with Bristol Myers Squibb, and this trial follows positive results from a prior Phase 2 study.
