BlueNord ASA Announces Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

BlueNord ASA reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of USD 346 million and EBITDA of USD 219.6 million. Net hydrocarbon production was 43.6 mboepd, with the Tyra hub reaching approximately 30 mboepd after maintenance. Available liquidity totaled USD 392.8 million, comprising USD 131.3 million in cash and USD 261 million in undrawn RBL capacity. The proposed statutory merger with Vår Energi ASA, previously approved by shareholders, remains in progress.
