Basilea Raises 2026 Financial Guidance and Agenda 2030 Targets

Basilea Pharmaceutica raised its 2026 operating profit guidance to CHF 115 million from CHF 70 million, citing stronger-than-expected sales of Cresemba and Zevtera. It now expects the anti-infective products to generate CHF 250 million in revenue, up from CHF 210 million. The company also increased its Agenda 2030 cumulative cash flow target to CHF 650 million from CHF 600 million and reported progress on late-stage programs Ceftibuten-Ledaborbactam and Fosmanogepix.
