Capricor Therapeutics Presents New Data From Ongoing HOPE-3 OLE Study For Its Lead Asset, Deramiocel, For Treatment Of Upper Limb Impairment In DMD, At 31st Annual Congress Of WMS In Hiroshima

Capricor Therapeutics presented new data from its ongoing HOPE-3 open-label extension study for Deramiocel, showing that patients who started treatment after a year on placebo experienced a 76% slowdown in upper limb decline compared to their previous year. Both treatment groups demonstrated a slower decline in upper limb function than predicted by natural history at the 24-month mark. This data is included in a major amendment to Deramiocel's Biologics License Application (BLA), with a target action date set for November 22, 2026.
