Constellation And Amazon Announce Long-Term Agreement To Support Continued Investment In And Expansion Of Calvert Cliffs Clean Energy Center

Constellation (NASDAQ: CEG) and Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) have entered into a long-term agreement to invest over $3 billion in the expansion of the Calvert Cliffs Clean Energy Center, Maryland's only nuclear plant. This agreement will enhance the plant's capacity by approximately 190 megawatts and includes a 20-year commitment for 690 megawatts of power. The partnership aims to provide revenue certainty for Constellation to relicense the plant for another 20 years and develop new clean energy facilities at the site.
