This acquisition represents approximately 7.3% of the company's issued ordinary share capital, which will be reduced to 4,691,736 shares following the cancellation of the purchased shares. The board confirmed that the purchases from substantial shareholders and directors were reviewed and deemed fair and reasonable by independent directors.
