Cibus Real Estate reported third-quarter 2026 net operating income of €44.2 million, up 10% year over year, and profit of €28.5 million, supported by derivative gains despite softer property valuations in Finland. Adjusted earnings capacity per share increased 4% to €1.12. For the first nine months, rental income rose 12.7% and NOI grew 13.7%, while adjusted property-management profit reached €65.4 million.
