Envoy Medical, Inc. announced that the Delaware Chancery Court has dismissed with prejudice the claims made by Atlas Merchant Capital SPAC Fund I LP regarding the redemption of shares related to a September 2023 business combination. The Dismissal Agreement ensures that all of Atlas' claims are dismissed, and neither Envoy Medical nor any other defendants will be required to make any payments to Atlas. This resolution eliminates any further proceedings related to the litigation.
