Covivio Reports Nine-Month 2026 Revenue Growth and Confirms Guidance

Covivio reported group-share revenue of €531 million for the first nine months of 2026, equivalent to €804 million at 100% ownership of its properties. Revenue grew organically by 2.7% at constant scope, supported by its office, residential and hotel segments. The company confirmed its 2026 financial guidance and reported €1.9 billion in liquidity.
