Coupang Reports Third-Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Coupang reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $9.96 billion, up 7% year over year (11% in constant currency) and above the $9.76 billion consensus estimate. It recorded a loss of $0.28 per share, including about $248 million in costs from a July fire at a leased fulfillment center in Incheon; excluding those costs, the loss was $0.18 per share. Product Commerce revenue rose 5% to $8.4 billion, while Developing Offerings revenue increased 23% to $1.6 billion. For the fourth quarter, Coupang forecast constant-currency revenue growth of 13% to 14% and an adjusted EBITDA margin increase of 50 to 150 basis points from the third quarter.
