CoStar Group Reports Q3 Results and Updates 2026 Guidance

CoStar Group reported third-quarter revenue of $952 million, above the FactSet estimate of $945.8 million. For the fourth quarter, it forecast revenue of $976 million to $996 million and adjusted EPS of $0.46 to $0.50. The company raised its 2026 guidance to revenue of $3.75 billion to $3.77 billion and adjusted EPS of $1.38 to $1.41.
