Cognizant to Acquire DyFlex Solutions

Cognizant has announced its intention to acquire DyFlex Solutions to enhance its AI Builder strategy, specifically aiding clients in Australia and New Zealand with AI integration into their SAP systems. The acquisition is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals. Until the deal is finalized, both companies will operate independently, and the financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
