Digital Asset Acquisition Corp. is set to acquire Titan Strategics, which holds exploration licenses for the Ranstad uranium mine and the surrounding Billingen uranium district in Sweden. The pro-forma combined company will have an enterprise value of $318 million. Titan's license area includes over 200 historical drill holes with average assays of approximately 350 ppm U3O8, and the EU's reliance on uranium imports highlights the strategic importance of this acquisition. Additionally, the company has secured a $15 million commitment in common equity through a PIPE investment.
