Delivery Hero Raises Full-Year Financial Guidance Following Strong Q3 2026 Results

Delivery Hero reported more than 1 billion orders in Q3 2026, its first time exceeding that level in a single quarter, and raised its full-year guidance for the second time this year. It now expects GMV growth of 10–12%, revenue growth of 18–20%, adjusted EBITDA of €980 million to €1.02 billion, and free cash flow above €300 million. The results were reported amid an ongoing takeover process by Uber Technologies.
