Dorchester Minerals, L.P. has entered into a non-taxable contribution and exchange agreement to acquire approximately 4,300 net royalty acres in the Williston Basin, North Dakota. The acquisition will be completed in exchange for 1,250,000 common units of Dorchester Minerals, L.P. and is expected to close on October 30, 2026, pending customary closing conditions.
