Dovre Group Plc Files for Bankruptcy

Dovre Group Plc has filed for bankruptcy with the Länsi-Uusimaa District Court after its restructuring administrator declined to support a proposed reverse listing and said the plan could not be reconciled with the associated debt reduction. The administrator will not prepare a restructuring program, removing a key route to the company’s survival. Dovre’s board said its assets had already been sold in voluntary transactions on terms it considered more favorable than a bankruptcy sale.
