Diana Shipping Inc. has secured a time charter contract with Classic Maritime for its Capesize dry bulk vessel, the m/v G. P. Zafirakis, at a rate of $38,000 per day. The contract is set to commence on October 10, 2026, and will last until a minimum of October 1, 2027, with a maximum end date of December 15, 2027. This agreement is expected to generate approximately $13.34 million in gross revenue over the minimum period. Currently, the vessel is chartered to Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha at a rate of $26,800 per day.
