Silver Elephant Mining Wins Ruling Reversing Pulacayo-Paca Contract Cancellation

Bolivia’s Supreme Tribunal of Justice ruled in favor of Silver Elephant Mining subsidiary Apogee Minerals Bolivia, annulling COMIBOL’s December 16, 2024 cancellation of the Pulacayo-Paca Mining Production Contract. Signed in 2019, the contract grants exclusive rights to develop and mine the silver project for up to 30 years. Silver Elephant was notified of the decision on November 5, 2026; implementation by Bolivian authorities remains pending.
