Eloxx Pharmaceuticals Finalizes Phase 2 ADPKD Trial Design and Appoints New CMO

Eloxx Pharmaceuticals has finalized the design for its 52-week Phase 2 EXPRESS trial to evaluate exaluren for treating nonsense mutation autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), enrolling about 60 patients. The trial will assess the change in height-adjusted total kidney volume (htTKV) as its primary endpoint, with dosing expected to start in Q3 2027 and topline results projected for H1 2029. The company has also appointed T.R. Srinivas, M.D., as Chief Medical Officer to enhance its leadership team.
