Elicio Therapeutics Announces Positive Phase 2 AMPLIFY-7P Results for Camupepimut

Elicio Therapeutics, Inc. reported positive results from its Phase 2 AMPLIFY-7P study of camupepimut (ELI-002 7P) for treating mutant KRAS-driven pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The study showed a 53% reduction in the risk of recurrence or death compared to observation, with a multivariable adjusted hazard ratio of 0.47 (p=0.0086). Furthermore, 99% of evaluable patients exhibited mutant KRAS-specific T-cell responses, which will inform future patient stratification and dosing in Phase 3 development.
