Embecta Reports Fiscal Third-Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Updates Guidance

Embecta reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $272 million, down 8.1% year over year. It reaffirmed full-year revenue guidance of $1.015 billion to $1.035 billion, while raising adjusted EPS guidance to $1.80–$1.90 and adjusted operating margin guidance to 23.5%–24%, citing the earlier-than-expected close of its Owen Mumford acquisition. The company also highlighted its Adaptis auto-injector, generated $41 million in free cash flow, and repaid $53 million of debt.
