ExlService Holdings, Inc. Reports Q3 2026 Financial Results and Raises Full-Year Guidance

ExlService Holdings reported Q3 2026 revenue of $634.0 million, up 19.7% year over year. GAAP diluted EPS was $0.45, up 25.3%, while adjusted diluted EPS was $0.62, up 28.5%. Citing strength across business segments and its data and AI strategy, the company raised full-year revenue guidance to $2.430 billion–$2.440 billion and adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $2.34–$2.36. CEO Rohit Kapoor said momentum had accelerated and the company had good visibility for a solid finish to 2026.
