Diamondback Energy Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial and Operating Results

Diamondback Energy reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $5.43 billion and adjusted earnings per share of $5.86, both above analyst estimates. It generated $2.6 billion in operating cash flow and $2.1 billion in free cash flow. The company raised its annual base dividend 7.3% to $4.72 per share and increased annual oil production guidance to approximately 524 MBO/d. Diamondback also repurchased 1.3 million shares for $251 million and acquired a 7.5% interest in the Solitude Pipeline System, a Permian-to-Katy natural gas pipeline.
